Floating innovation: Dresden's new conference hotspot on the MS 'Gräfin Cosel'

Dresden is once again setting an impressive example in the field of business events. The forthcoming conversion of the motor ship "Gräfin Cosel" will create a new type of conference location that not only boasts state-of-the-art technology on the "Conference Deck", but also promises a breathtaking trip on the Elbe with unique relaxation for participants.

The highlight of this unique conference venue is not only the flexible room design, which allows for parliamentary seating as well as a world café atmosphere, for example, but also the fact that participants can enjoy the picturesque Elbe landscape from the ship during breaks.

Corinne Miseer, Managing Director of Dresden Marketing GmbH, emphasises the importance of a broad and attractive range of event venues and is delighted with the "wonderful new addition" to the city's portfolio.

The converted ship is expected to be bookable for conferences from the fleet parade on 1 May 2024. The WHITE FLOTTE SACHSEN (WFS) is thus actively contributing to the positive development of Dresden as a conference location. Stefan Bloch, Managing Director of WFS, emphasises the importance of a successful conference that combines a first-class conference atmosphere with creative breaks in a unique way. The "Conference Deck" of the MS "Gräfin Cosel" can be booked both during scheduled cruises and exclusively for conferences, seminars and training sessions without other guests on board.
