On April 10, 2025, the Medienkulturzentrum Dresden was all about sales strategies in the digital age: How is artificial intelligence changing sales - and what role do people still play?
Around 30 participants accepted the invitation from the Dresden Convention Service to join renowned sales expert Isabell Owen for a look into the future of selling.
In her interactive and inspiring session, Owen took everyone on a journey through sales psychology, communication and the possibilities - but also limitations - of AI in sales. The clear tenor: technology can make processes easier, but it does not replace what makes people unique - empathy, intuition and genuine interest in the other person.
Some key learnings:
Trust is created through genuine listening - and not through perfectly formulated algorithms.
Those who combine emotional intelligence with know-how win customers at eye level.
The sales force of the future is technologically supported, but human-centered.
And that is exactly what is planned: Further Fit4Congress insights events are already in preparation. Because one thing is clear - the future may be digital, but it thrives on dialog.
