Review of IMEX in Frankfurt 2024: Dresden shines with innovation

IMEX Frankfurt 2024 once again provided an excellent opportunity to showcase Dresden as an innovative congress destination. With a new and innovative booth concept, supported by the industry network Robot Valley Saxony, along with collaboration from the Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden and Messe Dresden, we managed to create a compelling presence at the fair. Conversations with potential partners and clients were promising and reaffirmed Dresden's status as an attractive location for events of all kinds.

The standout feature of our presence at the fair was the support from the industry network Robot Valley Saxony. Together, we proudly presented the Barista Bot, which not only served as an eye-catching attraction but also served as a tangible example of Dresden's innovation prowess. The Barista Bot drew numerous visitors to our booth and impressively showcased one of many technological advancements and creative solutions developed in our region.

In addition, we delighted fair attendees with our Coffee & Cake offerings. The coffee beans were carefully roasted in Dresden to provide visitors with an unparalleled aroma. As a special treat, we served our famous "Dresdner Eierschecke," a traditional cake specialty that elicited many moments of enjoyment and enthusiastic feedback.

The Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden, situated on the banks of the Elbe River with a breathtaking view of Dresden's Old Town, offers excellent conditions and an inspiring ambiance for business events. Messe Dresden impresses with its flexible infrastructure and capacity to host large international events and exhibitions. Both locations underscore the versatility and professionalism that Dresden offers as an event destination.

The positive feedback and the numerous conversations held leave us optimistic about the future and reinforce our commitment to continue positioning Dresden as an excellent destination for congresses.
